What’s Already Been Built

The Record.

The question is not whether growth happens in Port Moody. It’s whether the community shapes it — or has it done to them. Meghan’s 30-year record proves she shapes it — with specific dollars, specific homes, and specific amenities already under construction.

$25.1M
Negotiated at Moody Centre

Community amenity contributions secured from the PCI development — alongside 865 purpose-built rental homes, a grocery store, a pedestrian overpass to Rocky Point Park, and a daylighted section of Slaughterhouse Creek. Voted through 5–1.

Under construction at Coronation Park — backed by $140 million in BC Housing funding. Includes a 12,300 sq. ft. childcare facility, grocery store, neighbourhood park, and pedestrian overpass to Inlet Centre SkyTrain. Ground broke December 2025.
